Hello everyone. I want to share a self created program that I have been following for the past month.
I was motivated to write this program due to my nagging back, hip and shoulder injuries, slow progress and low motivation levels resulting for my previous power lifting program.
I wanted something totally new and different that will get me interested again, as well as fix any structural issues and imbalances I had.
I was surprised by the results and loved the training so much that I wanted to share it with people... So here you go!
