How often should i be working my calves if I'm looking to build them

as often as you can as long as you can recover enough to have an intense progressive session and not negatively impact your other lifts........

Do you have a prowler? Best thing I ever did for my calves, and from my own experience, more effective than seated/standing calf raises.

Those high endurance bastards keep asking for more, so let 'em have it lol

2-3x a week would be a good start. Workout 1 can be the heavier workout (5-8 reps), and workout 2 can be the higher reps/set one (12-15 reps), or just combine the two into one workout
