Read Testosterone no.1 Question of strength for a calf routine. Ian King also has a calf routine somewhere in test mag, I just can't find it right now. Hope this helps.
1) Luke Sauder calf routine from issue #1...2) Ian King routine from question of power in issue #39...3) Split your leg training into two days, one hip-dominant and one quad-dominant. Put your calves training at the START of each of these days. On one day do seated-based calf movements and on the other do standing-based calf movements. Good luck on turning them babies into cows!
