Hi there.I’m doing a project on calf raises in my injury prevention class.Do any of you know where I can find a ton of info on the calf raises and their risks of injury and what not? Your help is greatly appreciated,thanks.
Check Donahue’s it has been the bible for Athletic Trainers for years. Word of caution, it is usually the anterior tibilias that has the most injury problems; Shin Splints, Anterior Compartment, etc…
