Calcium Supplementation Questions

With regards to calcium supplementation, how much is too much?

When used, what other supps should it be paired with?

I was told that too much calcium can raise blood pressure. Is this true?

Yes that is true. I wouldn’t go over 1000mg per day of calcium. Make sure you get at least 500mg of a high quality magnesium product as well. There needs to be a balance between the two.
