I’m wondering whether there’s any benefits to having some pre-workout caffeine but not in an ECA stack. Any downsides?
Also, I suspect it’ll interfer with my Multivitamin, should I take my MV post-workout?

Caffeine is a stimulant, so it will make you more awake and can possibly assist in utilizing more muscle via more stimulation. Since caffeine is also a diuretic, water-soluble vitamins can leach from your system because you pee them out.
I think youll be ok. just take a multivitamin some other time.
