Caffeine Restimulation

I don’t remember reading this in the caffeine roundtable. We all know that habitual coffee drinking reduces neural stimulation and thermogenic properties over time. However, how long do you generally have to be off caffeine before reintroduction causes a regain of the original stimulatory/thermogenic effects?

Basically, I’ve found my pre-workout caffeine useful in helping me push hard. But I want to maximize this benefit.
