i’ve been taking HCL since last august, its been a lifesaver. over the last few months, i went from 1800mg per meal down to only 300mg. then, recently i’ve started needing 1800mg all over again. the only thing i can think that’s changed is that i’m drinking a lot of caffiene again.
now, of course the odvious solution is to cut out caffiene… i’m working on that, but has anyone else noticed this? does high caffiene intake hurt anyone else’s hcl production?
