Caffeine-Free Pre Workout?

I tend to work out after work, but I often find myself struggling to get to sleep if I take it.

Does anyone take caffiene free pre workout? If so, which ones do you recommend?

Ever consider just not taking a pre-workout supplement? I have never needed one in 20 years of training.

Yes. I do that for the majority of the year, but I bring it back in when I’m on a peaking training cycle.

I use bucked up stim free. Pretty decent.

What purpose does it serve for you absent the stimulants? What’s the motivation for its inclusion in your peaking cycle?
