So my girlfriend has been working out for quite a while now and wants to step it up and stack these three things.Can you guys recomend a good mild dosage.Or just any tips in general.
I start at 10 mg ephedra 100mg caffeine one baby aspirin 81mg. I gradually work my way up to 75mg sometimes a 100 mgof eph, 400mg caf a day. Only when I’m citting.
Generally 325/25 but you might get a pill cutter and do half that. Wouldnt stay on to long as well a good recipe for adrenal fatigue
