To start off I'm well aware that the stimulant effect of caffeine wears off and thats why people cycle it. But another effect of caffeine is its fat burning effect.
So my question is whether the fat burning effect of caffeine still occurs even after its stimulant/ energy boosting properties diminish.
For example if one were to take say 300mg caffeine in a fasted state before training everyday for fat burning, and they no longer get a buzz from its stims is it still burning fat or do they need to cycle it to regain that effect also.
