Cable Military Press

just a new exercise…

read this on another forum for shoulders…

similar to a military press…

attatch a lat pull down bar to a medium to lower cable depending on your size.

take half a step or full step back.

press the bar like your doing a military press but keeping it as close to your body as possible. the trick to this exercise is trying to military press while resisting the pull of the cable forward.

completely destroys my front delts.
