Cable Gym Can Do a Lot, Any Specific Suggestions?

This 3 station cable gym looks like it can do a lot

Does anyone have a link to a step by step video of the right form when doing the different exercises on this kind of 3 station cable gym, like what to focus on what days and rotate, days off etc.

I am mid 50s and want to do this but not do injury and get demotivated

You tube sir can be your friend. Just start with a upper body and lower body part split at least 3 or 4 times a week.

Pick 3 upper body exercises and 3 lower body. If you have never lifted or are getting back on the horse after a long time off, then I would stick to a 3-4 sets of 10. Do this with consistency every week for at least 3 months, log all your workouts here. Then you will get feed back.

It may seem light to a lot of guys in here, but after all these years I have seen to many guys come in here, go balls to the wall for 2 weeks and then disappear. If you really want to be healthy and start this pathway of strength then always remember this is a marathon not a sprint.
