Heya T-freques. For those of you who enjoy my Treetop Workshop Kreations, here’s one. Today I used my Lifeline Cable (80 lb. resistance/Da blue one) and performed/attempted 6-8 of each of the following with about 5 sec rest in between: Lateral raises (for some reason they kill the pecs if you get the correct angle)followed by alternate curls and finish with a French Press Motion. I completed four sets about five mins ago and my Tris are still shaking. I rested about a min between sets. Chequeit owt. Lata.
