He explained it, and the range is different. Blood carries oxygen (among other things), increases cardio, endurance, etc. that’s why bikers take EPO to supercharge their red blood cells. If it’s too low tho you’re not getting enough oxygen transport. I can barely keep mine below 50. Just curious you’re not getting that kind of response
