Hematocrit. Basically, it’s the amount of red blood cells you have in your blood compared to everything else (the value is a percentage).
The range on it is shifted lower (compared to my labs at least), so perhaps it isn’t apples to apples. It is a positive generally to not have high HCT while using AAS. If it gets too high it can cause high blood pressure, making the heart work harder.

He explained it, and the range is different. Blood carries oxygen (among other things), increases cardio, endurance, etc. that’s why bikers take EPO to supercharge their red blood cells. If it’s too low tho you’re not getting enough oxygen transport. I can barely keep mine below 50. Just curious you’re not getting that kind of response
