Been a long time since I’ve posted on here. I’m starting to get back into serious lifting after a long layoff due to injury, military duties, and life in general.
Long story short, left after active duty after serving 8 years as an officer in the infantry and communications realms. It was always a life long dream to serve as an officer and now that I’ve done that I’m moving on to other life goals.
I work as a DoD civilian now and have the time to dedicate to lifting hard again. That said, I’m 36 years old now and have a bunch of injuries that I have to train around.
I’m a small guy @ 5’7” - 5’8” and weigh about 185 - 190lbs.
I’m following a pretty basic diet (red meat, rice, eggs, milk) and want to weigh about 200lbs. (Went up to 225lbs at one point but that was 10 years ago).
Anyway here’s the past few workouts.
