Buying Supplements Overseas

I have just recently moved to Rome, Italy, and I am not sure where to find supplements. Does anyone have any tips on where to find them in Europe?

Also, can you pick up estrogen blockers such as Anastrozole (Arimidex) at a local pharmacy without a doctor’s note or something similar?

Any help would be appreciated.

Why not order online and have them shipped to your APO?
