Here’s a Bush hater take on it, then.

There are plenty of flaws in the official explanation of 9/11, but I don’t believe for one second that they planned it. I can’t dismiss the fact that they might have been aware of the coming tragedy and sat quietly watching it happen (Pearl-Harbor style).

Men were on those planes willing to give their lives away for whatever bullshit they were fed.
You can’t coerce, bribe or trick a man into committing suicide. And those are the only methods Bush can use. Those modern kamikaze had to believe in something other than the mighty buck to go thru the whole operation, board those planes and cause their death along with a couple of thousand others’.

Bush is an evil man with virtually unlimited power but he still can’t pull off something like that. 9/11 was about desperate men who grew weary of Bush and his predecessors’ double-standards, terrorism and meddling with the sovereignty of countries.

Beowolf…the only sane person in a thread…amazing…

Yes, I’m including myself. I’m all for a good conspiracy btw but this stuff…jeez!!!

We Bilderbergers are not all bad. We love our children, have pet guppies, and love to pull our shirt tails through our open flys at parties and wave same at the young ladies in attendance.

= : )

WHOA!

If Bushie means Bush supporter, I am NOT a Bushie. I’m juts not retarded enough to think Bush had anything to do with killing so many Americans.

Two big reasons:

A) I think Bushhas good intentions. hether or not I agree with his methods is one thing, but I do believe he’s doing what he thinks is best for America.

B) He’s not nearly intelligent enough to plan and pull off an operation of the magnitude of covering up something like a 9/11 conspiracy. The government just isn’t that powerful…

Bush was in a PREVIOUSLY DISCLOSED, public location. Aware that America was under attack and an UNKNOWN number of highjacked planes were in the air, Secret Service allowed Bush to remain in the classroom, completely exposed to an attack for 20 minutes.

HOW DID THEY KNOW BUSH WAS SAFE?

Now, as usual for JTF, this is QUALITY and really makes you think. Why DIDN’T they rush Bush to a bunker or some basement or something? How’d they ‘know’ that no tangos were headed his way?

Quality, JTF. Good post!

Good point. It would have been too easy to take out the President especially since he disclosed exactly where he was going to be and at what time.

I would assume that they would have radar and be able to see if any planes were on a path towards Bush’s location. I’m guessing there weren’t, and therefore it would be better to have Bush finish the appearance instead of rushing out from a public relations/image angle.

But then again, this is all just my speculation.

Sounds like you have it all figured out. I think half of the government was in on it. I guess Clinton was in on the 93 bombing of the WTC. Christ, how come this government fuck everything up? No one can blow up a building anymore. Suppossedly they pre-planted bombs on 9/11.

Just so no one mistakes what I am saying, any fucking retard that thinks this government had anything to do with 9/11 is out of their ever loving mind. IMHO.

Certainly he’d have been safer in his armored limo and MOVING. But it actually gets worse.

For one thing, they already knew about the first plane BEFORE he went into the classroom. He is informed of the second plane at 9:05am.

The other thing is, even after he got out of the classroom, he still stayed at the SCHOOL to give his TV address to the nation at 9:30am–which he was ALREADY SCHEDULED to do anyway about his education reform.

FEDERAL NEWS SERVICE ADVANCE SCHEDULE FOR TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2001
9:30 A.M. (ZF) PRESIDENT BUSH REMARKS AT EMMA BOOKER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SARASOTA
http://emperors-clothes.com/9-11backups/fns930.htm

There could not be a more bizarre disconnect. Bush maintains his schedule through the whole 9/11 event while Secret Service barely flinches. Then he gets on Air Force One and suddenly its an emergency…

After Bush’s statement at Booker Elementary School, his motorcade raced back to Sarasota Bradenton International Airport. As Bush boarded Air Force One, a Secret Service agent, showing a trace of nervousness, said, “Mr. President, we need you to get seated as soon as possible.”

The plane accelerated down the runway and then almost stood on its tail as it climbed rapidly out of the airport. It was 9:55 a.m.

Contrast THAT to how they handled Cheney…

At that moment in Washington, 900 miles north, a squad of Secret Service agents stormed into the office of Vice-President Dick Cheney. Seated in front of a television set watching CNN, Cheney, 60, who, like Bush knew only the barest details of events, was seized by the arms, legs and his belt and physically carried through 150 yards of corridors, then taken by lift, down to the Presidential Emergency Operations Centre (PEOPS) - a subterranean bunker capable of withstanding an overhead nuclear explosion.

The Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport is less than 5 miles from the school, and the Secret Service is already clearly aware they’re flying planes into buildings.

Add to the fact that at that point, unbeknownst to us, Bush had already read a memo “Bin Laden Determined to Strike in US”

Why would they allow Bush to stay at a publicly disclosed location and continue to read a book–and THEN continue to stay there and give a press conference while “unknown” terrorists are hijacking planes and flying them into buildings???

Other than the fact they knew for sure BUSH WAS SAFE!

Perhaps Penn & Teller could explain why Bush didn’t want any investigation into 9/11 or why he and Cheney would only testify to the 9/11 commission TOGETHER, in private, with no records kept and NOT under oath.

You got a point here, buddy.

Here’s something to mull over that will hopefully meet your standards;

An October 2006 New York Times and CBS news poll showed that 28 percent believe members of the Bush Administration are mostly lying about “what they knew prior to September 11th, 2001, about possible terrorist attacks against the United States.”

So, between 1/4 and 1/3 of your fellow citizens believes Bush is lying about the freaking thing, and yet there doesn’t seem to be much unrest.

If this was the case anywhere else in the world, the people surely would have united to uncover the truth. Americans just seem to have been accustomed to deceit from their government and don’t see any way to change things. So much for your so-called democracy.
