For he last couple of weeks I have noticed that I get small burst blood vessels on my upper arms and forearms that go away in a few days. This has never happened before even when really grinding reps. Could I have some type of deficiency?
You’re totally lacking the vitamin P - seriously, flavonoids protect vessels from rupture/leakage. Flavonols (quercetin, rutin, and hesperidin), dihydroflavonols, flavones (apigenin and luteolin), isoflavones, flavanones, anthocyanins, and anthocyanidins. Within each of these groups fall hundreds, up to thousands of different flavonoids.
Some of your best sources are berries, cocoa, black beans, cabbage, onions, parsley, pinto beans, tree fruits, tomatoes, etc.
