Burst Blood Vessels, Diet/Deficiency Issue?

For he last couple of weeks I have noticed that I get small burst blood vessels on my upper arms and forearms that go away in a few days. This has never happened before even when really grinding reps. Could I have some type of deficiency?

Usually this is not a serious condition, it happens to nearly everyone, in some people it is more visible than in others

It could also potentially be a side effect of Aspirin or similar NSAIDs

The only thing i would maybe worry about is that it could also be an indicator of high blood pressure, so i would advise you to get yours checked in the near future

Flavonols (quercetin, rutin, and hesperidin), dihydroflavonols, flavones (apigenin and luteolin), isoflavones, flavanones, anthocyanins, and anthocyanidins. Within each of these groups fall hundreds, up to thousands of different flavonoids.

Some of your best sources are berries, cocoa, black beans, cabbage, onions, parsley, pinto beans, tree fruits, tomatoes, etc.
