Bursitis or Not?

Hi, i don’t Know if is the good word in English.

4 day before or 5 I wake up and I can’t open correctly my right arms (elbow) and I didn’t do anythings or just 2 day before this shit happened I do some dips and push up and swimming without warm-up…

So now is better but I feel week (my elbow) So I training peaceful today, and I will see Monday, I can open my arms now, and is much better, but before in the beginning the elbow was red and inflate, no is not red and so on.

I didn’t go to the doctor, I waiting some money in July, I just think that is bursitis… But iam not sure, I would like to ask u how warm up correctly before training, I take some fear now to fuck my elbow… Thank
