Burnt Out On Research

OK. I have searched the diet and the work out for mutation series. I have been reading and searching until my eyes & head hurt to not try to piss anyone off with stupid questions.
But
I have 2 questions.

I am trying to copy CT’s diet. I get close with the foods I have…but there is no way I can consume that much protein in every meal sitting. 60 grams and 100 grams of protein…thats like 2 chicken breasts or 2 steaks plus yogurt nuts veggies ect… in every meal. So I am going to fidget a little with lowering some of the protein.
But my question is
#1) I work out at 4:30am. Should I move the higher carb meals to the after work out morning meals instead of in the evening?

#2) I can not find weeks 7 - 12 (work out)in CT’s mutation series. I only can find weeks 1-3 and 4-6 then the finale which I couldnt find the weeks that it was for.
I have noticed the article for the mutation series is like 2 yrs old but
it looks like the fastest gainer I have seen.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

It’s good that you’re doing lots of research but understand that Christian’s diet was designed for Christian at his level of development at the time.

Not knowing your stats or how long you’re lifting, it’s hard to determine how much is enough for you.

Another thing, you have to learn how to eat big. I find it takes more discipline diet wise than it does getting into the gym consistently.

Come on man. You mean you can’t down a steak with a side of steak?

Are you developmentally anywhere near CT right now? If not then “his” diet may not be best for you.

What are your stats?

Plus, if I were to do it again, I wouldn’t use the same dietary approach.

Well how would you do it differently?
My stats are
6 ft
216 lbs
39 yrs old

I basically have CT’s build before the
mutation. My arms are smaller then his and my legs. But my chest is bigger then his was before he started. I havent lifted in 10 yrs or better.
When I did I was one of those arms and chest guys that are talked about on the forum.

Thats why I decided to go with CT’s wok out. Plus I am looking for lean size . I am not that worried about being really strong. I am starting a new diet Monday.

Well after adding it up it is more then half. But alot of it is from the muscle milk which is temp until I get the Metabolic Drive and the surge.
Suppliments are:
TRIBEX (had to order over phone)
HOT-ROX Extreme
Metabolic Drive (LCG)
Surge
Flameout
another all purpose Vitamin.

It might be to much I dont know.
CT Thanks for answering my post.

I did the Mutation Series and followed CT’s nutrition he listed, you’ll get used to the meal size. But CT also just said he would do it diffrently.
