hello guys,i've got a little problem,was doing lying tricep extensions and felt a slight pop in my right shoulder blade area. this was sat. morning. by sat night my tricep was burning like hell,and sunday my lower arm and wrist was numb,so i went to the chiro.
2 day poped a few things in place and i imagine it's gonna take a few sessions,but the head guy at the gym said to keep close tabs on it so it dont lose the long head(happened to him),so is there anything else i should be doing, to make sure i dont lose the tricep muscle?any info would be extremely appreciated
