What the hell does “bump” mean? I see ot all the time on this forum, but I am pretty “internet Illiterate”…
As new posts get added, posts that haven’t received recent activity slide down the page, eventually going onto the “next 25” area. When people say “bump,” they’re just scooting the thread back up to the top. They are “bumping” it back up. Since they have nothing useful to contribute, they only say “bump.”
Why haven’t you seen the thread that asks this question every week?
