Bulletproof Coffee Recipes

Picked up some MCT oil and butter the other day after watching a video of Dave Asprey (Bulletproof creator). Felt pretty good. Starting having just the coffee for breakfast in a semi intermittent fasting program. No hunger, no lagging energy felt great.

Few days in I decided to get a little creative and did:

  • Coffee
  • 1 tbls grass fed butter
  • 1 tsp raw cacao
  • 1 tbls brain octane MCT oil
  • 1 packet stevia

Tasted great and had energy for days. The cacao was a nice add-on with its dopamine boosting effects. Next I want to add some L-Theanine and possibly some racetams to really crank it up! Great cognitive boost and dropping fat without any other changes.
