Bulletproof Achilles Plan

ok so a friend recently tore his achilles and from his accounts it’s quite a painful thing to go through, especially after the surgery.

so naturally i thought to myself, ‘what could i do to prevent this happening to me?’

so this is a two part question:

  1. what imbalances could lead to a higher chance of getting this injury?

  2. what exercises, etc, could one do to reduce the chance of getting this injury?
