Damn attack has caused a slight bout of depression

I can’t speak for anyone else but I have found it’s good to knock down the inflammation and up the magnesium.

You taught him well, bulldog.

You all good big dog? Haven’t seen much from you lately.

Thanks… Slowly getting his squats form where it should be. Finally!

Have been sorta been feeling off physically as of late

That’s not good, is it just the body revolting or is general life adding to the stress. Maybe its time for a break, sounds like a good excuse for a weekend away and some spa time

Bulldog in a “spa”. I’m thinking “china shop”.

Just dealing with a few things also…call it a mid life crisis in a way.

Yeah I have a hard time seeing myself doing the spa thing also

Did the one movement which required a bar on my back and bending my knees at least slightly past 90 degrees.

Well slowly…and i slowly mean getting back into the groove after my short hiatus from dealing with myself falling off the cliff mentally and physically.

Went ahead and just decided to repeated the last cycle I did before the layoff.

Bench: 335 x 6 … Thats it , wasnt heavy but my form was really off.
Buffalo bar Bench: 3 x 5 @ 240 … easy all reps paused
Inverted rows: 50 total reps
DB Incline press: 40/3 @ SW TR 55… bumped down the weight on the assistance stuff
Tate Presses: 50/3 @ SW TR 55
Bench sit ups: 5 x 10

Good to see ya back mate. Hope you’ve got your head back in a good space
