Hi how’s it going fine sir?
It’s going strange. Collecting Social Security and Medicare but just don’t wanna feel old. Pandemic knocked out training for over a year, got vaxxed, went back to gym. Had lost strength, built up pretty fast for a couple months then bam plateau. Trying to get my dead past 200 lbs and my bench past 120. Was pre-diabetic, fixed diet to low carb, leaned up like crazy, trying to build up.
How are you? I see you’ve been out a while, injury?
So things are improving all around I hope?
Mixture of things on my end… currently just pulling back on lifting social media for several reasons.

Quick update… bodyweight is staying pretty much the same on this " reverse diet" phase.
Got a wild hair last night and for shit and giggles did my neutral grip pull ups weighted. Which has never been a thing I do. Ended up testing myself was able to pop out a rep with 85lbs strapped on for what it’s worth.
Jeez that’s pretty strong. And you haven’t done those for a while?
