He T-men And T-vixens i just had an idea and wanted some of your opinions on it. I am ready to start a bulking phase in a few weeks and i devised an idea to kick it off. i was thinking that since in football they start the season with 2 a days of training i was think maybe two a day lifting would be beneficial in bulking while stayin some wht lean eventhough i know ill be puttin on some fat but ill be using the massive eatin plan so it will be a mild fat gain. Also i will be supplementing with tribex, ALpha lipoic acid, Surge. thats all i have planned any advice would be appreciated. thanks.
