Hey guys,

I am currently 5’10, 155.

I will finally start squatting this summer to help improve my physique. Anyways, i know how most of you guys talk about creatine, and how it dont even matter how much u take since ur body can only handle so much, so i was wondering if it makes any sense to supplement with no-xplode pre workout, and muscle milk post workout + prior to sleeping.

Do u guys think this is enough creatine or does it make sense to buy creatine monohydrate or the various other brands?


Id use the Monohydrate plain and simple. then the muscle milk and other protein powders, MRPs sure have as much as needed to fill your gaps in your real food diet.
