Bulking update!

So far things are good. I was able to get to as high as 168lbs. Then, I moved and dropped calories from about 4,000 to as low as 2,750 at times. Mostly around 3,000 though. It was tough to maintain weight and gains. I still trained, have not missed a beat. And don’t want to either.


I’d like to get on Ian Kings Get huge routine. Looks good and challengin. But, I have a question though, it states that it will slow down the metabolism? I don’t want that. And what is the rationale behind that? why? Can anything be done to maintain metabolism speed during the workout?
