im 18 years old, 5'5 weigh in at 198. my lifts are bench 325 8reps squat 405 3reps deadlift 460 1rep
been training for 2 years just getting big as possible until my next show even if it means putting on some fat so then my next comp i can be more rip weighing heavier.
