On 11/02 I turned 36. I think I can Officially stop my 36 year bulking phase. I started doing 2 a day workouts on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. On Tuesdays and Thursdays its low intesity/fasted cardio followed by HIIT in the afternoon. I’d be happy to go into more specifics of past/present diet and lifting experience if anyone is interested. But for now I’ll stop here as my hunt and peck style of typing has already taken up far too much time. I’m 36 and it’s great to be here.
