Im 6’ about 174 now…started cutting 2 weeks ago…and I need some advice. I lost afew pounds considering I was 185 2 weeks ago, and looks to me like im losing the mass ive created during bulking. Is their anyway to lose the weight and keep ur mass? am i doing anything wrong? Maybe i should continue to bulk through the summer?
If you were 185 two weeks ago and you are 174 now, I’d say you probably lost some lean muscle. 11 lbs in two weeks just seems too fast.
why don’t you post you diet? calories, carbs, fat, protein? Then we can tell you what is wrong. And also you may wnat to post your training program, but diet is the key.
