I forgot to add a litre or so of milk that I have during the day and an extra small meal (meat+veg) at 3 and an extra 25g of nuts.
From next week I will be adding eggs/chicken/beef at the 9am meal to help things.
Funny thing is I have never had more energy than the last 2 weeks I have been eating like this, and am making progress in the gym. should have done it ages ago.
I have cut wheat almost fully from my diet so no pasta during the day.
Would it be a good idea to have some rice with the meals on WO days ?
Or will I stick with just the veg?
