Apologies, I went to uni in late september and the course has been extremely intense so I was unable to load any pictures due to the sheer work load. However, I gained 20lbs and then lost 7lbs when the bloat went. Left me with 13lbs of added beeeeeef. Cheers for the help guys. Will be starting a new bulk after xmas.
