Whole Milk : it’s not delicious by any means but it’ll pack on the pounds.
Nuts and jerky high in good fats and protein.
Other than that nuts and Grow!. Or yes the whole milk is a great option. Cheeses. etc.
Banana’s are also pretty high cal on the carb side.
with any meal you have at work, pop some fish caps in your mouth as well.
