I’m currently in the bulking stage, and wondering how many times I should do cardio throughout the week?
On what factors?
On how much fat you’re gaining and if your recovery is good.
Do it by feel. unless you have everything else calculated down to the number.

I do none, untill im nearing the cutting stage in the spring.
If I reeeaally feel like doing cardio…then saturday morning, and thats it.
As much as you feel necessary
Cardio is a means to an end, nothing more
Personally, I would prefer to burn an extra couple hundred calories through cardio and then eat some extra food, instead of eating less and doing no cardio
