So, i´ve been training for about 3 years now. I´m an endomorph, maybe with soem meso morph in the mix (as any endo would want to belive) and i managed to drop a lot of the fat i carried around since i was a kid while gaining some muscle. Now, i think i´m lean enough for a bulk but i dont want to gain fat since it would be very hard for me to get lean again. Any advice on calorie intake, macronutrient ratios, mel timing, etc.?
Usually lower carb higher fat, so like 33-33-33 across the board seems to work. Honestly, the most important thing is that you eat good foods because you’re going to be more intolerant to cheating foods.
