I started 5/3/1 back in August 2012, after doing the above really gay bodybuilding split/cut despite only looking like this photo in March lol. Switched to west-side method back in March of 2013, stopped last month and going back to 5/3/1 I've decided.
Currently Bench 260, Squat 315, Deadlift 435. Don't really count my curl, probably 120 strict, not sure.
No supplements, or even protein powder. I did GOMAD, lots of pizza buffet, fried chicken, etc...typical dirty bulking diet.
