Bulk for full 12 weeks?

Hey, I’ve read up on Ian King’s 12 week programs and I’m definately going to try them. One question though, my bf% is a little higher than I’d like… I was going to attempt a cutting phase to lean out some. Would I be better off doing that before even starting the program and use the full 12 weeks to bulk? Or would I be alright cutting during the first couple of prefatigue phases? I’m curious as to what you guys did, and how your gains were. Thanks. -jimbo
