Meal 2 (post workout):

Meal 3:
4oz chicken/steak/tuna
100g oatmeal

Meal 4:

1/2 can green beans

Meal 5:
10oz brown rice or 12 oz yams
4oz chicken/steak/tuna
1/2 can green beans
1 sesamin, 2 fish oil, 1 cla

Meal 6:
1 anabolic pump 15 minutes prior
1 cup skim milk
1 scoop whey
1 cup ezekiel cereal
1 sesamin, 2 fish oil, 1 cla

3 zma pre bed

~3500 cals, 225 pro, 400g carbs, 60g fat
1-2 gallon of water throughout the day
