Bulk Diet Help

This is what I am currently eating. Any comments would be appreciated. I currently weigh 181 lbs. and i am 5’9" Let the flames begin.
Meal 1:
3/4 Cup Cheerios
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Oatmeal
2 Slices Wheat Bread
1 Scoop ON Whey Protein

Meal 2:
1 Slice Wheat Bread
2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
1 Scoop ON Whey Protein
1/2 Cup Oatmeal

Meal 3:
1 Wheat Tortilla
1 Slice Cheese
1/2 Cup Ground Beef

Meal 4:
2 Slices Wheat Bread
2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
1 Scoop ON Whey Protein
1/2 Cup Oatmeal

Meal 5:
1/2 Cup Brown Rice
Mixed Vegetables
Skinless Grilled Chicken Breast or Steak
2 Baked Potatoes
1 Tbsp. Canola Oil

Meal 6:
1 Scoop ON Whey Protein
2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
2 Cups Milk
1 Tbsp. Canola Oil

This diet contains about 3800 calories, 250 grams of protein and about 400 carbs.

why the cherrios and oatmeal for meal 1? I would eat some eggs (whole) instead of cherrios or make a super shake.

seems to little fats, all your fats are coming from milk and peanut butter. add in olive oil, fish oil. cocnut butter, almonds, walnuts, etc, etc

why protien powder with almost every meal? When bulking I like to just eat more food to get more protein, I only use protein powder postworkout and in my morning shake.

What are you doing for post workout?

1/2 cup ground beef sounds like almost nothing to me, eat more meat!

Do you not like fruit? Eat some!

I would add in some more veggies man. You’ll need more greens with that amount of protein to keep your body in balance.

I eat 2 salads per day with olive oil and vinegar. Its a great way to get your veggies and fats in one serving.

Hell it dont look horrible to me,. Yhea quite a bit of Whey but if you need it then. Id try and get more food sources of protein like a bit more then half cup of beef on that one meal hell make it a steak.

Veggies yes try and add them but when packing it in that can be damn hard they digest slow.

Fats yes try and get some variety fear not eggs, fatty meats if needed, Olive oil,a fish oil, etc…

Main thing is this working are you gaining

I eat fruit whenever I am hungry usually in between my meals.
Meal 1:
4 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
2 Slices Wheat Bread
1 Scoop ON Whey Protein

Meal 2:
1 Wheat Tortilla
1 Slice Cheese
1 Cup Ground Beef

Meal 3:
Steak
Salad
1 Cup Broccoli
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Meal 4: Pwo
2 Slices Wheat Bread
2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
1 Scoop ON Whey Protein
1/2 Cup Oatmeal

Meal 5:
Salad
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Brown Rice
1 Cup Broccoli
Skinless Grilled Chicken Breast or Steak
2 Baked Potatoes

What Phill said, if your gaining its good.

But why canola oil?

Lol. cause we had it stocked from costco, would it benefit me to change it?

extra virgin olive oil, would be a better source of fats.

Also availble at costco (my favorite store)
