Bulged Disc? Herniation?

Hey guys,

I was doing some deads and I felt an air or water filled balloon shoot out and back in around my spinal area, imagine squeezing a balloon with your fist how it bulges out, in pain, definitely unilateral (left).

Anyone else feel this before and if so what was it and what was the treatment?

Any other symptoms? Any pain down leg, muscle spasms, limited range of motion? Lot of stuff can go wrong in the lower back with varying levels of severity…
