Does anyone have a solid program how the bulgarians train? I do not do the olympic lifts but I feel their method of squatting (front, back) is a great way to increase strength. I know they work up to a daily max (a relaxed max effort with no emotional arousal or strong will) and after a few singles of the daily max they drop down weight to do a few sets of triples or doubles. I’m just curious how everything is laid out. Thanks!
