Bulgarian Training Simplified with Olympic Lifts

Hi coach!
Do you think that the “Bulgarian training simplified” rep scheme and percentages could work with the full olympic lifts and its variations (plus squats and presses, of course)?

I’ll give it a shot.
I’ll be competing at the Master’s Nationals in 8 weeks, so I’ll try an 8 week cycle (3 weeks + 1 deload week x 2).
First 3 weeks - Hang Power Snatch, Hang Power Clean, Push Press and Safety Bar Squat (Saturday full lifts + front squat) and second with Power Snatch, Power Clean, Power Jerk and Back Squat with, again, the full lifts + front squats on Saturday.
I’m a split snatcher, so I can squeeze the most out of the power versions :slight_smile:
I’ll report the results later.

I prefer lifts from blocks over from the hang. More transfer to the competition lifts. You could use the lifts from the hang if you had 12 weeks.

Weeks 1-4: hang
Weeks 5-8: blocks
Weeks 9-12: floor
