Bulgarian Training Simplified Sessions

Hello Coach, I was wondering if it would be beneficial to wait 10-30 min between each big lift or not?

Also, alternatively, as I have plenty of free time, you said that in an ideal world one would split the sessions in two per day, would you recommend that with that version?

Not really. The Bulgarians did it, but they maxed out at every session and needed that to prevent their CNS from crashing

Yes, thank you for the answer. I read extensively about the original training and figured as much. Plus I have started the first phase, and as I am using exercises to correct my weaknesses, on which I am less strong, this is actually way easier on my CNS and body than what I thought
