Bulgarian Split Squats AVT 1 Rest Periods?

When performing the AVT 1 method on an exercise; the only rest period is the time that is required to place the plates on the bar. This keeps the rest pretty short between hops.

When performing single leg movements, do you do the entire round for 1 leg and then for the other? Or do you do 1 hop per leg before adding weight?

Entire round for 1 leg…rest 3 minutes and do the other one.

One more question. Am I doing AVT1 for 2 rounds per leg or 2 rounds total (1 round per leg)?

You can do 1 or 2. Totally up to you.
