I’ve poured through several articles regarding the “serious growth” or bulgarian burst program on the T-Nation web site. I orginally obtained the program years ago but the manual seemed a bit vague as far as the science behind it.
I understand that training more frequently produces better results than once per week per body part. What I am unclear of is the “ramping” and “lag time” concepts presented in the book. Can anyone go more in-depth than the book did in explaining these concepts? I would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks
