Built for Battle & 3/50 Method


Hello sir. I have a bit of training ADD but continually find myself coming back to Built for Battle. As for the assistance, would it be advisable to use the 3/50 method for two exercises on just 1 of the assistance work days. I planned on doing 3/50 with DB incline press and neutral grip pull-ups. On the 2nd assistance day I was going to do farmer carries, a row variation, and bicep curls. When you have time please let me know your thoughts.
