Built For Bad

I am starting the Built For Bad circuit on Monday the 22nd and have some questions about volume of training, what else can I do and/or should I only be completing the circuit due to the intensity of it.

I have access to unlimited amounts of meals where I am located as well as a nutrition center so calorie intake should not be an issue.

I also recently started physical therapy for a funked up AC joint in my right shoulder and ART for the tendinitis I have in both elbows. I’m 6’1 215lbs with about 15% BF.

I ran the program for a week to try it out before I committed to it completely and honestly I absolutely love it. I don’t feel completely spent after completing the circuit and can do it in about 30-35 minutes.

Would any sprint training be considered a good idea to throw in the loop? The circuit is very functional for me due to my job and I’d like to start playing football again in the near future.
